High voltage fault starting problem of new energy vehicles after wading

Possible causes of high voltage system failure of new energy vehicles: incorrect charging operation; Poor connection of charging cable; Low voltage control line fault; On-board charger failure; The charging fuse is blown.
Maintenance process: 1. Eliminate external factors and check whether the 220V power supply, charging gun and on-board charger are normal.
2 After checking that there is no problem with external factors, take out the computer and CAN card, connect one end to the diagnosis interface, and the other end to the computer.
3 After confirming that the connection is correct, open the upper computer program. If the communication is successful, you can view the specific information. If ZLG communication failure is displayed, recheck whether the connection is correct or the CAN card is normal. CAN card connection prompt.
4 After the communication is normal, select BMU configuration, select the fault information bar, and then click Download.
5 Check the download content. If the system shows that the charging relay does not engage, remove the high-voltage box assembly, check the charging relay, and replace the high-voltage box assembly after confirming the problem. After replacement, the fault is eliminated.
